Semyon has more than 15 years of experience in legal consulting, economic dispute resolution, and advising on complex projects. He began his career at the Moscow Arbitration Court and subsequently worked at leading law firms.
Semyon focuses on complex cross-industry matters, including pre-litigation and litigation representation in economic disputes. He has extensive experience in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, representing both creditors and debtors, including disputes concerning the inclusion of claims in the creditors’ register, challenges to transactions, and claims seeking to impose subsidiary liability. He has also represented the interests of major taxpayers in tax audits and related court proceedings.
In projects involving the temporary management of foreign companies, Semyon advises on tax matters, dispute resolution, crisis management, and bankruptcy-related issues.
Throughout his career, Semyon has advised on M&A transactions, large-scale investment projects, and corporate group restructurings. He has also represented major taxpayers in tax audits and litigation.
Semyon has been a practicing attorney since 2015. He holds a PhD in Law and a Master’s degree in Taxation from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. He also teaches at the Russian State University of Justice. Semyon regularly speaks at professional conferences and events and is the author of more than 20 publications on taxation and economic dispute resolution.
