Ivan has been engaged in legal consulting since 2014, and has advised transnational corporations and leading Russian companies on a variety of legal issues for a number of years. Ivan has been involved in the implementation of large-scale investment projects both in Russia and overseas and has managed the corporate restructuring of major Russian and foreign holding entities.
Ivan has vast experience of administering mergers and acquisitions, along with project financing transactions. His key business areas include support in establishing joint ventures, organising corporate governance in project companies, and drafting corporate, option, and investment agreements along with loan and collateral documentation. Ivan’s professional background further includes legal due diligence of industrial, production, and holding companies and their assets in various economic sectors.
In terms of interim management projects, Ivan oversees compliance procedures by all our portfolio companies with regard to corporate, personal data and currency legislation, as well as anti-bribery and anti-money laundering laws.
Ivan has experience in successfully managing companies and actively advises our portfolio companies on relevant regulatory issues.
Ivan graduated with honours from the International Law Faculty at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).
